Refund Policy – OrbPals

We want you to love your OrbPals order!

Because every item is custom printed just for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges on most products.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@orbpals.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Please note:
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a production error.
• Slight variations in color or print placement can occur with print-on-demand products and are not considered defects.
