How long does shipping take?
Most orders process in 2–7 business days and then take 5–12 business days to arrive in the United States. You’ll receive a tracking number once it ships.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Because everything is custom printed just for you, we generally don’t accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@orbpals.com within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

Where are the products made?
All products are printed on-demand by our trusted partners after you place your order.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus on U.S. shipping. International options may appear at checkout on select products.

What ages are OrbPals for?
OrbPals is designed for kids ages 4–8, but the magic works for the whole family.

Aurorah — The Brightest Star (Hope)

Radiant and optimistic, Aurorah is the heart of the Starlight Observatory. She always helps her friends see the light even in the toughest moments. With her warm golden glow, she inspires kids to believe that brighter days are always ahead, no matter how cloudy the sky may seem.

Catchphrase: “Even on cloudy days, there’s always a sparkle ahead!”

Fun Fact: Aurorah’s favorite thing is lighting up the whole Observatory with her star power during Glow Time celebrations.



Luna — The Dreamer (Imagination)

Creative and dreamy, Luna turns the night sky into endless wonderful possibilities. She helps kids believe that anything they can imagine can become real. With her soft purple-blue glow, she encourages big dreams and creative thinking during quiet moments under the stars.

Catchphrase: “Let’s dream it bigger and brighter!”

Fun Fact: Luna’s favorite activity is creating new constellations in the Observatory dome and sharing dream stories during Glow Time.



Ech-O — The Explorer (Courage)

Brave and adventurous, Ech-O loves exploring new corners of the cosmos. He encourages kids to try new things and face their fears with confidence. With his bold teal-green glow, he shows that every unknown place is just another exciting adventure waiting to be discovered.

Catchphrase: “One brave step at a time!”

Fun Fact: Echo’s favorite thing is leading daring expeditions from the Observatory balcony and celebrating every brave step during Glow Time.


Spark — The Creative Heart (Kindness)

Warm, empathetic, and full of joy, Spark loves helping others and spreading kindness wherever he goes. He believes that a little kindness can light up the entire universe. With his orange glow, he shows kids how small acts of caring can create big, glowing ripples of happiness.

Catchphrase: “A little kindness makes everything glow!”

Fun Fact: Spark’s favorite activity is sharing glow-berries with friends and organizing kind acts during Glow Time at the Observatory.

Art — The Inventor (Curiosity)

Curious and creative, Art is the chaotic-good inventor of the group. He loves asking “what if?” and building wild, funny contraptions that solve problems in the most unexpected ways. With his bright orange-red glow, he encourages kids to explore, experiment, and turn ideas into wonderful (sometimes messy) creations.

Catchphrase: “Let’s build it weird and see what happens!”

Fun Fact: Art’s favorite place is his Invention Workshop, where he creates gadgets that often backfire hilariously before working perfectly during Glow Time.

Zorby — Chief Fun Officer (Bounce-Back)

Lovable, bouncy troublemaker who turns messes and chaos into fun growth moments. Zorby is never a villain — he’s the playful coach who helps kids bounce back from mistakes with a smile. With his bright lime-green glow and resilient spiral, he shows that every whoopsie is just the start of something magical.

Catchphrase: “Whoopsie-daisy! Let’s turn that mess into magic!”

Fun Fact: Zorby’s favorite place is the Bounce Zone with his mini trampoline and “mess basket” where he turns mistakes into laughter during Glow Time celebrations.
